We are a few weeks away from the official presentation, but thanks to a new leak we have almost all the details and features of the Galaxy S26 Ultra next-class, the next-class smartphone that Samsung will start to compete with the Apple 17 Pro Max iPhone 17, which category and price is a direct competitor.
We have already obtained a lot of information about the Galaxy S26 Ultra phone thanks to previous leaks, but now we can say that we know practically everything about this new smartphone from Samsung, and we will tell you about it in this article.
All the information we will see comes from reliable sources and is reliable.However, it should be noted that since it is not confirmed, there is a possibility that there will be changes.However, we are sure that if this happens, these changes will be minimal.

From the leaked images, we know that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will follow a consistent approach, meaning it will be similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra.However, this does not mean that it will be identical, it will have some minor differences that will allow us to easily distinguish it from the current model.
The first big change will be at the front.The Galaxy S26 Ultra will have display bezels almost identical to those of the Galaxy S25 Ultra and will also use a circular island to house the front-facing camera.However, this circular island will be larger than the current model and could be up to 4mm in diameter.
Another difference that is easier to appreciate is the rounded corners of the Galaxy S26 Ultra compared to the Galaxy S25 Ultra.This design change is more important than it seems, as it further unifies the design of the Galaxy S series and gets rid of the characteristic angular finish that the Ultra series models have had until now.

Samsung is expected to replicate aluminum, titanium and glass finishes, although now that Apple has returned to aluminum with the iPhone 17, there are doubts about what Samsung will ultimately do.At the same time, it will most likely repeat the aluminum, titanium and glass of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, and that if the company decides to make changes to the materials, this will not happen until the next generation.

We have very few differences in terms of specifications between Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S26 Ultra and their measurements are also very similar.Here are the key differences between the two if they meet these specifications:
- Galaxy S26 Ultra will be smaller and slightly lighter (Galaxy S25 Ultra measures 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm and weighs 218 grams).
- This will have a more advanced and powerful SoC, which means it will offer higher performance in both CPU and GPU.
- The RAM memory will be faster in the new Samsung terminal, which will allow it to improve the performance and functions of its artificial intelligence, implemented locally, and the camera.
- Small improvements to the Galaxy S26 Ultra cameras, mainly due to changes in the aperture level.
- Fast charging goes from 45 watts to 60 watts in the new Samsung model.

We will not see changes in the maximum amount of memory or storage capacity, which is ultimately logical, since with the crisis of DRAM and NAND Flash memories, the increase in these specifications would have a significant impact on production costs, but also on the selling price of this smartphone.

The quality of smartphone screens has improved so much that they are now visible from almost any angle and even from greater distances.This is an important improvement, but it can also pose a risk to our privacy, a problem that Samsung aims to solve with the new display privacy technology in the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
This technology allows us to control the level of visibility of the screen to suit each situation.It is completely configurable, which means that we can even disable it completely if we are in a safe place, like our house, for example.
With this protection system, the screen will be adjusted so that it can only be seen from a full frontal perspective and from a safe distance.Thus, if we watch private content in a public place, we will be sure of prying eyes, because if any foreign tries to look at the screen of our Galaxy S26 Ultra, they will see it completely dark.

Why was the presentation of the Galaxy S26 slightly delayed?In theory, this is due to a change of plans forced by Samsung when this line of smartphones was already decided.Due to the sales failure of the Galaxy S25 Edge, this change means that the Galaxy S26 Edge will be discontinued and the Galaxy S26+ will be returned.

Galaxy S26 Ultra Price and Versions
We have conflicting information that has gotten even worse since the last leak we saw in this article.There are currently three theories:
- First theory: Samsung will keep the launch price at the same level as the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
- Another theory: the price of the Galaxy S26 Ultra will be 50-100 euros more than the price of the Galaxy S25 Ultra at launch, depending on the version.
- The third theory: the price will be lower in some versions and the same in others.
Incidentally, the latest leak claims that the Galaxy S26 Ultra in its base 256GB version will be €100 cheaper than the regular Galaxy S25 Ultra at launch.The 512GB version will also cost a little more, and the 1TB version will cost the same as the current-generation model at launch.
This, which initially seems like good news, would have a counterpart, that is, in theory, this year Samsung would not offer the doubling of the memory of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, thanks to the pre-purchase of the terminal.
Estimating all the information we have, if those things that indicate a drop in price compared to the current generation are achieved, the prices of the Galaxy S26 Ultra in its different versions are as follows:
- Model 256 GB in 12 GB RAM: 1359 euros.
- 52 GB format, 12 GB RAM: 1,529 euros.
- 1 TB and 16 GB RAM model: 1,809 euros.
We cannot rule out the possibility that Samsung will eventually release the Galaxy S26 Ultra at the same price as the current generation when it launched.That would make sense, no doubt, but the price reduction as we have seen before makes sense as it will improve its price and make it more competitive with the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
